Question – Can I put a storage shed in my backyard?
Answer - No Structure of a temporary character, trailer, camper, basement, slab, tent, shack garage, barn or another outbuilding shall be used on any Lot at any time as a residence, storage, or any other purpose, either temporarily or permanently. Temporary Buildings or Structures used during construction of a dwelling shall be on the same Lot as the dwelling and such Buildings and Structures shall be removed upon completion of construction.
Question - Can I place Real Estate for sale signs at the entrances?
The only real estate signs allowed at either entrance area are small signs low to the ground. About a 5" X 12" sign at ground level. Larger signs are distractions for drivers and block the view of oncoming vehicles. Also, our objective is to maintain a clean look for Pebble Creek North to potential buyers and residents.
